Diane has been featured in The New York Times and Shape Magazine and shares her culinary and nutrition expertise on national television shows. She serves on the advisory boards for various culinary organizations and has a strong passion for work with non-profit organizations including Warriors in Motion, The American Cancer Society, The Boomer Esiason Foundation and the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation, for which she is one of organizations resident guest chefs for JBJ Soul Kitchen.
