Domaine Porto Carras is the largest organic Greek vineyard with a total area of 500 hectares and one of the largest in Europe furthermore the most dynamic and fastest growing wine companies of Greece’s.

In our vineyard there are 28 indigenous and international grape varieties cultivated such us Malagouzia, Assyrtiko, Limnio, Athiri and Cabernet Sauvignon. The forefather of modern oenology Émile Peynaud was our first research oenologist who created a revolution for the Greek winemaking.

Most of our wines are produced from unique grape varieties such us Limnio, which is considered the oldest grape variety in the world as referred to Ancient Greek philosophers’ texts such as Aristotle, Homer, Hesiod etc and Malagouzia one of the most prestigious Greek varieties with significant aging potential.

Every year Domaine Porto Carras receives awards in numerous prestigious international wine competitions adding more to the reputation of our wines and our company.

We export our wines in more than 20 countries, including USA, Canada, China, Australia and Germany.
